SMS/RCS Messaging Program & Opt-In

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

About the Program

TimeBlox is an AI scheduling assistant. TimeBlox sends SMS, MMS, and RCS messages from its dedicated business number to help people coordinate meetings: meeting requests, availability questions, booking confirmations, and reminders. Messages are transactional and conversational — TimeBlox does not send marketing or promotional messages.

  • Program name: TimeBlox Scheduler
  • Message types: meeting invitations and scheduling conversations, availability requests, booking confirmations, meeting reminders, and replies to messages you send the assistant.
  • Message frequency: varies with your meeting activity.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

How Account Holders Opt In

TimeBlox account holders enable SMS/RCS messaging inside the TimeBlox portal (portal.timeblox.ai, sign-in required) by adding their mobile number to their profile and expressly agreeing to receive messages. Providing a phone number is optional and is not a condition of using TimeBlox. The opt-in step presented in the portal:

Phone Number

+1 (555) 555-0100
The SMS consent step as presented to account holders in the TimeBlox portal profile settings.

Consent is not required to use TimeBlox, and account holders can remove their number or withdraw consent in the portal at any time.

Messages to Meeting Invitees

When a TimeBlox account holder schedules a meeting, they may provide a participant's phone number so the assistant can coordinate directly with that participant. In that case:

  • The account holder represents and warrants that they have the participant's consent to be contacted by or on behalf of TimeBlox.
  • The first message a participant receives includes “Reply STOP to opt out”, and every STOP is honored immediately and permanently unless the participant re-subscribes.
  • Messages to participants are strictly limited to coordinating the meeting they were invited to — never marketing.

Example Messages

  • “Hi! Eric would like to schedule a 30-minute meeting with you this week. What times work for you? Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Your meeting with Eric is booked for Tue, Aug 11 at 2:00 PM PT.”
  • “Reminder: you haven't shared your availability for ‘Project sync’ yet — any times that work this week?”

Opting Out and Getting Help

  • STOP: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START.
  • HELP: reply HELP to any message, or contact support@timeblox.ai.
  • Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
